Purpose: Retrospective study to assess the success of Flapless technique for operating large mucocoele with mitomycin c syringing on 5th postoperative dayand by measuring post-operative osteum size changes, patency of osteum and improvement of symptoms using nasal endoscope. Methods: 70 year old patient with mucocoele was operated by flapless techenique and mitomycine c syringing done on 5th post operative day. 8 mm Arruga bone trephine was used to make osteum in bone and nasal mucosa. Osteum size changes were measured on 15th day, One month, two months, three months, six months and one year. Results: osteum size shrinkage was marked in first three months , after that it’s nearly stable and found 4.5 mm oval/round in shape at one year .Conclusion: It was found that No flap method is easy to perform with reliable, comparative result and less cumbersome even in large mucocoele.
