This is a basic level instruction course on phacoemulsification. It begins with introduction to the way the
phaco machine works with in depth explanation of phaco power modulation and fluidics. Step wise description
of wound construction, capsulorhexis, hydroprocedures. nucleus management, IOL implantation and PCR
management will be detailed with supportive high quality images and video clips. At the end of the session,
the target audience will feel confident enough to start doing their cases independently.
