Surgical extraction of cataract and IOL placement is accomplished as a single procedure resulting in a wellcentered IOL in the bag. However, many circumstances compromise this condition and nessacitate alterna-tive surgical options for optimum visual outcome. Other options includes: Fixation to the sclera (sutures/ glue),Fixation to the iris by iris claw and fixation supported by the anterior chamber angle. Each method has its ownmerits and demerits. In our Instruction course we are mainly focused on different techniques, tips and tricksof scleral fixation of IOLs and PCIOLs. We will start with basics of anterior vitreous management with instru-mentation and step-wise approach to different techniques of SFIOLs & Iris Claw IOL. As we think everyanterior segment surgeon is main beneficiary of our course so it is our main aim that they have to knowdifferent methods for psuedophakia so that, they can do as per their comfortability and availability ofconsumables.
