TThe sub-specialties of Ophthalmology are more interdependent on each other today than any time in the pastbecause of the detailed workups required for several of the common diagnostic entities. Patient clinical carewould have to be optimized by adequate interdisciplinary coordination.The clinical situations in subspecialties of Retina, Cornea, Orbit, Refractive surgery wherein references toGlaucoma arise are discussed while looking for ways and means of improving the judgement processes inclinical care.
