A 42 years old female presented to us with insidious onset, painless progressive diminution of vision in right eye for 3 months duration. There was history of night blindness. Anterior segment examination of the right eye revealed keratic precipitates on the whole corneal endothelium, minimal anterior chamber reaction, total cataract and no posterior synechiae. Left eye anterior segment evaluation was unremarkable. Fundoscopy revealed no glow in the right eye and in the left eye showed optic disc pallor, attenuated arterioles, and tessellated background with bone spicule pigmentation in the mid periphery. Based on these findings, a diagnosis of FHI with RP was diagnosed. The patient underwent phacoemulsification of right eye. Postoperatively fundus of the right eye revealed changes similar to the left eye and was diagnosed to have RP. The present case highlights a rare association of Fuchs iridocyclitis with retinitis pigmentosa.
