Wegener’s granulomatosis being vasculitis of auto-immune origin, affecting multiple organ systems has varied ophthalmological presentations. Mostly affecting the pulmonary and renal systems, ocular morbidity also adds upon the clinical situation. One case presenting at age 10 with third nerve palsy and another presenting at age 55 with recurrent dacryocystitis, proptosis, orbital cellulitis, pseudotumour & secondary glaucoma, both cases being Antinuclear cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA) positive. Apart from the timely management with systemic steroids & immunosuppressants, treating the ocular presentations effectively plays a significant role in improving the visual and overall well being of the patient.
