INTRODUCTION: Conjunctival cavernous hemangioma is a vascular malformation that occurs in adults, with a female preponderance. It may develop anywhere in the orbit. We reported a case of 17 years old boy with conjunctival mass who presented to our OPD.
METHOD: Mass removed by trans-conjunctival approach done and followed up for 6 months without any complication and recurence. On histopathological examination it was found to be cavernous hemangioma of conjunctiva. No associated vascular lesions were found in eye and orbit.
CONCLUSION: Cavernous hemangioma of conjunctiva is rare and very few cases have been reported.
