A patient with pellucid marginal degeneration and grade 3 cataract presented to us with diminution of vision . uncorrected distant visual acuity in right eye was 6/60 and left eye 1/60. Customized smart ultra high power toric IOL was implanted after Torsional Micro Phaco. The IOL power in right eye was +18.0 D with 14.5 D Cyl & LE +21.5 D with 15 D Cyl.
The post operative best corrected visual acuity at 2 months was RE 6/6P (-0.75D Cyl@160) & LE 6/18P (-4.5 D Cyl@95)
