Objective:-To study the comparative effect of topical tacrolimus ointment, topical cyclosporine and topical prednisolone acetate on graft rejection, corneal transparency, corneal vascularization, and on visual acuity outcome.
Methodology:-A cross sectional study, patient were divided into 3 group, each group contain 20 cases which are on regular follow up till 6 month after total penetrating keratoplasty.
Result:- significant reduction in complication was observed in our study.
Conclusion:- we concluded that addition of topical 0.03% tacrolimus and 0.1% cyclosporine with 1% prednisolone acetate reduce the complication and has beneficial effect on visual outcome.
