Punctate inner choroidopathy is a self limiting disease. It is characterised by multiple small lesions in the macula without any intraocular inflammatory response. The disease is bilateral and most commonly diagnosed in moderately myopic females. It presents with blurring of vision, photopsias and paracentral scotomas.A 45year old female presented to our outpatient department with progressive diminution of vision and a black spot infront of eyes. Fundus examination showed bilateral hypopigmented dot like lesions at the macula. Perimetry showed paracentral scotoma. SD-Optical coherence tomography showed dome-shaped retinal pigment epithelium elevation with intact Bruch’s membrane. This case was managed with a full course of oral prednisolone, which lead to complete resolution confirmed on follow up SD-OCT. Diagnosis at an early stage is essential for complete cure. This poster emphasises on the advances in investigation modalities and treatment options available for this disease
