PURPOSE-To report case of facioscapulohumeraldystrophy with ocular manifestations.METHODS-A 15 year male with FSHD,Facialdiplegia,Lagophthalmos,Inability to smile,Visual acuity 6/6,Conjunctival telangiectasias,fundus shows telangiectatic and torturous blood vessels,fundus fluorescein angiography-normal but no evidence of Coat’s diseaseCONCLUSIONS-Patients with facioscapulohumeral dystrophy should be evaluated with fundus fluorescein angiography to rule of Coat’s diseasealthough arterial torturosity is also a associated finding.Early and regular screening can help in detecting vision loss associated with the disease.
