Aim-Study SSOCT features in active and scarred OT.Methods- Exam&SSOCT done initially&infollow-up of12 eyes in8 patientsResults:8active lesions &6retinochoroidal scars studied in which in acute phase hyperreflective dots in vitreous (5lesions,35.7%),s/o vitritis seen.Epiretinal membrane in 6lesions(42.8%).Subretinal fluid in 3lesions s/o activity(21.4%).Mean vertical&horizontal dimensions of lesions:1823&1753 mic.Mean retinal thickness at fovea in active&scarred lesions :125&149 mic resp.Mean choroidal thickness in active&scarred atcentre of lesion:388 &289mic resp. 3 atrophic(50%),2 punched out(33.3%),1elevated scar(13.3%).Infollowup neurosensory layer thinning, photoreceptor interruption,RPE elevation or atrophy seen
Choroidal thickness in active lesions more than scarred lesions.(P-0.142)Retinal thickness more in scarred lesions (P-0.662)
Con-On SSOCT OT-In acute stages:thickening&disorganization of choroid&in scar: varying degrees of thinning of choroid&irregularity of outer retina.
