An elderly female of 60 years,presented with chief complaint of diminution of vision in left eye which was gradual,progressive and painless,since last 2 months she couldn’t perceive light.She is not a k/c/o DM/HTN and no significant family history.She is a K/C/O right side UMN facial palsy.on examination,unaided visual acuity in right eye was 6/12 and In left eye no perception of light.Anterior segment examination of right eye showed grade I nuclear sclerosis and left eye showed brownish black pigmentation of the sclera at superiotemporal and inferiotemporal area.Sentinel vessels were present at superiotemporal area.AC was irregular in depth., fixed dilated pupil and orange black pigmentation of iris was seen. IOP was not recordable and on fundus examination, glow was absent in left eye.On B scan of left eye, it showed collar button appearance which is s/o of choroidal melanoma. On MRI Of Brain T1 , it showed moderately high signal mass lesion which is s/o of choroidal melanoma.
