Purpose:The malignant mixed mullerian tumour (MMT) is a rare uterine and cervical carcinoma and account for < 5% of uterine cancers,It is the primary tumour of the uterus and de novo involvement of the cervix itself is extremely rare. Methods: A 60 year old lady presented in eye department with diminution of vision and restriction of movement in left eye with a history of taking treatment for cervical carcinoma in the form of radiotherapy, a diagnosis of orbital apex syndrome was made. She was advised MRI head with orbit that revealed soft tissue thickening Results:A diagnosis of orbital metastasis was made. She presented further with complete loss of vision and restriction of ocular movements in right eye also with deterioration of general condition and diedConclusion: Orbital mass can present as a diminution of movement and hence high index of suspicion with good diagnosis skills is required for further management of the patients who present with occult primary
