Adult-onset Still’s disease (AOSD) is an multi systemic entity which presents with fever, arthralgia, rash and uveitis. Most of the time the diagnosis can be very difficult. There are no specific tests available, and diagnosis is usually based on clinical examination. In this study, patient presented with fever, intermittent arthralgia, rash and recurrent anterior uveitis along with hypopyon.ANA was positive and ESR was raised.Rest lab tests were normal.Steroids was initiated. In conclusion,AOSD is a diagnosis of exclusion. It requires a multidisciplinary approach. Also if a patient presents with recurrent uveitis with multisystem involvement, necessary investigations are mandatory.Recognition of any skin rash, whether typical or atypical,is crucial for the early diagnosis of AOSD, as it might imply persistent disease activity and the need for more aggressive treatment.
