Primary neural tumor of lacrimal sac is extremely rare. We present a case of pacinian neuroma attached to the lacrimal sac area in an 80-year old lady. Patient presented with history of epiphora, swelling over lacrimal sac area of left eye since one year. On the basis of syringing of lacrimal passage diagnosis of chronic dacryocystitis with mucocele was made. On exploration of lacrimal sac area a growth was found attached to the sac wall from the skin side. Excision of the growth was done along with the lacromal sac. Histopathology proved it to be pacinian cell neuroma of the lacrimal sac.
