A 3 year old girl of Pusra, Jashpur, C.G., came to ophthalmology dept. of MCHR on 26 March 2018 with C/O protrusion and leucocoria in OD since 2 years. Similar complaint appeared in OS since last 1 year. On examination OD showed eccentric fixation and bupthalmos. Above finding was associated with growth over skull and face region. USG orbit showed calcified foci in OU. MRI (Brain, Orbit, skullbase, sella turcica) showed intraocular tumor with extraocular right eye extention, involving orbital lateral wall and orbital floor and soft tissue component; B/L mandible bodies,central posterior skull base and Extradural-intracranial component with occipital and right squamous temporal, parietal bone lesion with brain parenchymal compression. The grading of the mass is consistent with Stage IV B. The patient was then subjected to 6 cycles of chemotherapy mainly with 3 drugs regimen- vincristine sulfate, etoposide phosphate, carboplatin and 45Gy of EBRT. At present, the child is under treatment.
