Purpose: This is a small retrospective study of three cases who presented in Department of Ophthalmology in a private medical college in the rural area. All the patients came to the Ophthalmology Department with chief complaint of Diplopia. Complete ophthalmological examination was done which includes Best Corrected Visual Aquity,IOP, Colour Vision,Ocular movements,pupils,anterior and posterior segment examination .MRI was done whenever and wherever required.One case who had diabetes and bilateral Ethmoid Sinusitis and Sphenoid Sinusitis had result 6th nerve palsy was referred to ENT Department was diagnosed with Mucormycosis.One case who had Trauma 20 days back was referred from Neuro –Surgery Department .He had subdural haematoma along with Arachnoid Cyst.One case an obese female ,she came with with history of diplopia ,she was referred to the Department of Radiodiagnosis for MRI head which revealed Benign Intracranial Hypertension.
