58 year old male presented to us with complains of ?mass on nasal side of ocular surface in his right eye for 4-5 months , which is associated with watering, foreign body sensation, mild pain and redness. On examination 4*4 mm OSSN was noted on nasal limbus with immature cataract. Patient was advised topical mytomycin 0.04% eye drops , 4 times a day, in 1 week on-1 week off cycle. At the end of 5 such cycles, complete resolution of tumour was noted. Patient was kept under observation for next 3 months & no recurrence was noted.
