Trauma produces various pathological changes in the eye.We analysed clinicopathological and imaging correlations in four enucleated specimens following various types of trauma.Types of injury included injury bullet, iron rod and stick. Clinicopathological and imaging correlations can be made which helps in better understanding of the effects of trauma in various structures of the eye.Ultrasound Imaging showed IOFB with retinal detachment(1eye),vitreous hemorrhage, retinal, choroidal detachment (1 eye), retinal detachment (1 eye),retinal detachment with choroidal thickening (1 eye).Histopathological study showed disorganized globe with cataract,IOFB in one case .In the second case, there was corneal blood staining ,choroidal and retinal hemorrhage. Third case had corneal tear, retinal and choroidal hemorrhage. Fourth case was suggestive of sympathetic ophthalmia.Important clinicopathological, imaging correlations can be made which helps in better understanding of effects of trauma.
