During this study 300 patient with ocular mycosis were evaluated for profile predisposing factors microbiological status culture sensitivity and visual outcome after imparting requisite treatment Result During this study it was noticed that pure ocular mycosis was present in forty percent ,mixed infection in10 percent of patients fungal endiphthalmitis in 10.3 percent of patients It was noticed that patient involved in agriculture activity or those patient inflicted with traumatic injury with vegetative body had more risk of developing mycotic infection 76 percentage whereas corticosteroid misuse was noted in 8 percentage 13 percentage had idiipathic origin 10.3 had intra ocular surgery Present paper will discuss these finding in detail
