A 13 year old male presented with painless puncture wound over left eye brow following alleged history of high velocity trauma to left eye brow with pen tip.
CT-orbit done – showed tiny radio-opaque foreign body.
Patient was posted for foreign body removal. Pen tip identified and preserved.
Painless puncture wound over skin should not be managed conservatively without complete evaluation.
