As thermography has been used in industries and medical fields by detecting temperature elevation in vascular diseases, rheumatism, tumours etc and even in ophthalmology, infrared cameras has been used for diagnostic imaging in dry eye, retinal vascular diseases, uveitis, etc.
So we used as an alternative to costly infrared cameras, 2 simple devices to record local temperature of ocular and adnexal lesion and compared it with corresponding site on normal side on presentation and subsequent visits. the ambient and forehead temperature were also recorded.
