AIM- To report a rare intraocular foreign body lodged at angle of anterior chamber from corneal entry wound. Case Report– A 18 year old male attended the emergency eye clinic complaining watering and redness with swelling of lid after entry of foreign body in OD 2 days back, On examination the visual acuity of OD 6/9 ,examination of OD revealed lid edema , conjuctival congetion with full thickness sealed corneal tear . On gonioscopy the IOFB seen at the angle at 5 oclock obscuring the angle structure Initial management with analgesic , intravenous antibiotics and tetanus prophylaxis with broad spectrum of antibiotics e/d . A plane CT was performed and a hyperdense foeign body in right below lens , rest are WNL
Conclusion. Matellic FB produce very precise entry wound and may be obscured due to surrounding infiltration In case where history of FB entry or trouma suspected gonioscopy should be done to rule out or to not to miss such finding
