A 21 yr old female patient presented to the out patient department with diminution of vision in right eye since childhood and in left eye for 5yrs. She also complained of recurrent pain and redness in eyes since childhood, last episode was 5 yrs back for which she was treated with oral steroid and cotrimoxazole. Her vision in right eye was FC1m and left eye 6/18. On examination, there was peripheral corneal opacity in both eyes, a prominent anteriorly displaced schwalbe line, tissue strands from peripheral iris to the prominent ridge on the cornea in both the eyes. Gonioscopy showed 360 degrees posterior embryotoxon, iris strands bridging the angles and open angles beyond these strands. Left eye showed correctopia. On fundus examination, right eye showed a healed toxoplasma scar at macula and left eye showed a scar inferior to disc. There was no systemic abnormality. This patient had classical features of axenfeld reigers anomaly with incidental association of ocular toxoplasmosis.
