3 cases with different types of foreign bodies in anterior chamber reported within a week : 1) 16 year old boy reported with H/O injury. Examination revealed corneal entry wound at 5’o clock near limbus with foreign body in AC inferiorly at 6’o clock. It was confirmed with CT orbit & UBM. Foreign body was removed by limbal incision. 2) 50 year old female presented with eye lash in anterior chamber. H/O thorn injury 10 days back. Eyelash was removed with treatment of associated anterior uveitis. 3) 54 year old male presented with H/O stick injury. On examination a splinter of wood was seen in the corneal stroma jutting into the anterior chamber touching the iris. It was removed by making incision on the foreign body followed by suturing.
