FP164 : varied presentations of ocular trauma & their management in a peripheral set up.

cases were examined,prognosis well explained & sometimes even stamp papers signed valid in court before interventions done with witnesses signed.methods:1 case NPL,managed conservatively.1 case with submacular hem above RPE managed with pneumatic displacement.1 case with corneal tear,lens rupture,vit hem, retinal detachment & globe perf on post pole too, managed with repair & SO implant.SO leak managed with re-exploration which was noted from post pole perf site.glaucoma with mixed etiology of angle scarring & steroid responder managed with SOR & glaucoma drainage device.another case of globe rupture repaired with scleral patch graft.2 cases of IOFB managed with vitrectomy & removal thorough corneal tear itself and enlarged PP port respectively.conclusion:ocular trauma cases can have the best possible visual outcome provided managed in time & in right way.financial disclosure:none.
