In this presentation, the authors share their experience of managing 310 cases of festival related ocular trauma during 2006 to 2017. Cause of ocular trauma was festival related (fire crackers). The extent of eye injury ranged from simple corneal laceration to ruptured globe. The age ranged from 4 years to 48 years (Mean 18 years). All cases undergone primary repair of ocular trauma. Ten percent of cases needed cataract or vitreo-retinal surgery. Visual outcome ranged from No light perception to 6/36. Causes of no light perception was indirect optic nerve trauma (1 case) and phthisis bulbi was seen in 3 cases due to ruptured globe.
