A retrospective case series reviewed clinical data, systemic investigations, fundus picture and spectral domain 3D OCT (SDOCT) findings.Intravitreal (Razumab-5eyes) was used on monthly basis till complete resolution of edema was noted

Mean age of presentation was 33±12 years.Homocysteine was raised in 2 patients whereas 1patient had associated Protein S deficiency. SDOCT revealed central involving macular edema with mean thickness of 917+429. Median number of injection given was 3. Mean follow-up was 9.4+5.8 months. Pretreatment LogMAR BCVA of 0.75+62 was improved to 0.1+0 at final visit. No recurrences were noted.

Biosimilar Razumab in RVO of young shows good clinical efficacy and safety. In era of debatable use of avastin,Razumab can thus provide a viable and cheaper option for treating such cases. Systemic investigations play a major role to avoid future mishaps.
