SYNOPSIS: 4 year old male referred from paediatrics presented with elevated chin with bilateral ptosis,blepherophimosis,epicanthus inversus,telecanthus and microphthalmos.No squint,fundus examination wnl.Retinoscopy reveales emmetropia.Features were associated with large cup shaped ears and high arched palate. No h/o similar complaint family.Frontalis suspension was done to prevent amblyopia sequentially.It is a rare condition and important to be identified in order to prevent life time vision deprivation due to amblyopia .Proper coordination is needed between paediatrician and ophthalmologist.
