The cataract surgeries are widely performed around the world which are relevant to restore and maintain good sigh over the years.This surgery take place into the anterior chamber of the eye and viscoelastic substance improves their outcome because they could be useful to maintain stability and produce protection for the corneal endothelial cells.problems could arise related with Viscoelastic Substance. Flare or Tyndall effect could be postoperative detected in excess could be the manifestation of “Toxic anterior segment syndrome” after cataract surgery (TASS). Phacoemulsification with Visco Elastic Substance is associated with extra surgery time and has a cost factor associated with it.
Material and methods: It is prospective interventional study. A total of 50 patients will be selected over a period of 6 months
Result: We expect lesser post-operative complication,an economical cost effective alternative with advantage of providing lesser surgery time.
