Objective: To surgically excise limbal dermoid cyst and grafting wet amniotic membrane with autologous blood under topical anaesthesia.Method : A 17 years old female patient complaining of fleshy growth of mass in left eye along with redness and watering in left eye.Complete ophthalmic examination was done before surgery and specimen was send for histological examination after excision.Result: Histologically it was a dermoid cyst with hair follicles.Conclusion: This is and effective and easy way of management of limbal dermoid cyst along with patient satisfaction in terms of intraoperative pain and cosmetic outcomes post operatively.
