A 53 year old healthy male presented with multiple, painless bulbar conjunctival mass lesions in both eyes which gradually increased in size over 1 year. There was no history of pain, redness, decrease of vision, double vision, ocular motility disturbance, ptosis or proptosis. Systemic history was normal . The swelling were soft, well defined, non-tender,freely mobile lying in sub-conjunctival space & non adherent to underlying sclera with no chemosis or congestion. Rest of the anterior & posterior segment examination was normal. Clinical diagnosis of orbital cysticercosis was made. Routine laboratory investigations and special test like absolute eosinophil count,ELISA for cysticercosis were negative. Chest X-ray, USG abdomen & orbit & CECT head & orbit were normal. Excision biopsy was performed & masses originated from muscle insertion. Histopathology was suggestive of malignant round cell tumour. Patient is on regular follow up with no recurrence & multidisciplinary management .
