Purpose:-To Report The Clinical Outcomes After Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK) In Eyes With Macular And Granular Corneal Dystrophies. Methods:-29 Eyes Of 29 Patients Who Underwent DALK For Macular And Granular Corneal Dystrophies Were Evaluated In This Retrospective Interventional Case Series Study. Main Outcome Measures Were Intraoperative And Postoperative Complications, Postoperative UCVA, BCVA, And Astigmatism. Results:-There Were 19 Eyes With Macular Corneal Dystrophies,10 With Granular Corneal Dystrophies.DALK Could Be Completed In All Except 3 Cases which were excluded from the analysis. Descemets Perforation Occurred In 1 And Double AC formation with Perforation In 1.After A Mean Follow Up Of 12months Post-Operative Mean BCVA Was 0.28±0.14 LogMar,Mean Postoperative Cylinder Was 2.04±0.89.No Evidence Of Stromal Graft Rejection. Conclusion: DALK Using The Big Bubble Technique Is An Effective Procedure In The Treatment Of Patients With Corneal Stromal Dystrophies.
