Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has been widely proven useful in retinal and corneal disorders. We present a series of 3 extra-corneal ocular surface lesions presenting to eye OPD in February and march 2018 where OCT helped in guiding diagnosis and/or management. These included an ocular surface squamous neoplasia suspect, nodular scleritis and an inclusion cyst. Due to a more objective localization and its ability to delineate internal characteristics, OCT offers an exciting alternative to excision biopsy in such situations and needs to be validated with future studies.
