A 17year old male presented with gradual progressive diminution of vision in both eyes and headache since 5 years. There was no history of trauma or fever and family history was not significant.Ocular examination revealed BCVA 6/9(OU),N6(OU) with high astigmatic power and bilateral lens coloboma.IOP was 17mmHg(OU).Fundus examination was normal. We performed i-trace for identifying proper total corneal and lenticular astigmatism,so that we could find right refractive power for spectacle prescription.
