Purpose: To study the magnitude of primary open-angle glaucoma in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome. Owing to OSA a risk factor of POAG, its early detection and treatment is necessary. Materials and Methods: A Cross-Sectional observational was carried out between April 2016 to March 2017 in 72 patients diagnosed with overnight polysomnography and transcutaneous finger oximetry. Visual acuity was noted, anterior segment examination, measurement of intraocular pressure, gonioscopy, fundus examination, field analysis and retinal nerve fibre study. Result: Among the 72 cases of OSAS, 34(47%) are males and 38(53%)were female .30(41.66% patients have been found to be having POAG. Conclusion: OSA is not only a major risk factor but also a silent risk factor for developing glaucoma. There is a high prevalence of POAG with OSAS compared to the general population
