We have done 97 cases of Pterygium excision with autogrfat with autologous serum following standard protocol .
Results- 4 cases lost to follow up. 30% cases graft is lost immediate post operative (4-6 hrs) periods.
In 10% cases graft is lost in one week post operative periods. Another 5 % cases it is lost in one month time.
Conclusion – According to our study graft pasting with autologous serum is not the treatment of choice.
