Eighteen years old congenitally deaf and mute girl presented with sudden painless diminution of vision in her right eye for last 7 days. On systemic examination she was short heighted, had sensorineural deafness and was dumb. On ocular examination, retinoscopy revealed hypermetropia, anterior segment examination of right eye revealed grade 1 hyphaema, aniridia, posterior subcapsuar cataract.
In left eye the anterior segment was normal however posterior segment of revealed vitreous liquefaction and pigments, and total exudative retinal detachment with atypical retinitis pigmentosa.
