A 49 y/o female presented with repeated episodes of pain in her right eye(RE).She had episodic bleeding in her RE with transient rise in intraocular pressure(IOP),treated with topical antiglaucoma medications outside.BCVA was 6/6 in both eyes.RE had a reddish bluish multilobulated vascular lesion arising from anterior iris stroma at 3 o’clock with localised ectropion uveae.Fundus examination was normal.LE anterior & posterior segments were normal.IOP in both eyes was normal.RE gonioscopy showed mild blood staining of inferior angle.Anterior segment Fluorescein Angiography didn’t show enhancement of the lesion.Systemic workup had no evidence of vascular lesions elsewhere in the body.Patient was advised sectoral iridectomy.Vascular tumours of iris are rare and easily confused with iris stromal tumors.Majority of cases need observation, while in cases causing recurrent bleeding, laser photocoagulation or excision may be needed. Thus this case with no systemic findings is a rare case report.
