Purpose of this study was to evaluate long term efficacy and safety of 2 trabecular microbypass stents in patients with advanced POAG and insufficient IOP after previous filtration surgery.10 patients with uncontrolled and advanced POAG were included in this study.All eyes previously had at least 1 filtration surgery procedure.In all patients 2 istents were placed nasally into schlemm canal.All patients were evaluated post operatively for 12 months for IOP and any intraoperative or postoperative complications.Eyes with previous filtration surgery and medically uncontrolled IOP, the implantation of 2 istents provided a minimally invasive and safe reduction of mean IOP to less than 18mm Hg at 12 months.The number of medications were also greatly reduced.
