200 eyes of 131 patients ,all known diabetics were enrolled in the study.All diabetics were subjected to medical control of Diabetes.They were randomly divided in two groups,one received intravitreal injections of ANTIVEGF,maximum 3 injections at 1 month interval and the other group received ozurudex implant.Both groups were evaluated for CMT,Visual acuity,need for repeat injections and total cost of treatment at preop,1 week post op,1 month,2 months and 3 months post 1st injection.
