Purpose:To describe morphological characteristics of unilateral haradalike disease through multimodal imaging
Method:6year prospective analysis of unilateral retinochoroidal inflammatory disease
Result:17eyes studied.Female predilection in sex ratio of 5:1.Multiple serous detachments were the notifiable feature.EDI showed increased choroidal thickness of 539+-89u.FFA revealed disc leak(70.5%),multiple pin point mid phase leak(100%) pooling(88.2%) elucidating the retinal pigment epithelial involvement. Early focal choroidal hypercyanescence and mid phase hypocyanescence was remarkable in ICG. Subjects had a dramatic improvement on systemic corticosteroid therapy(10+4weeks)with EDI reduction of 228+65u. BCVA LOGMAR improvement 1.3 to 0.1
Conclusion: Unique due to unilaterality. This spectrum perse characterised by sudden onset unilateral vision loss, pachychoroid with SMD,retinochoroidal involvement, dramatic response to steroid, absence of systemic manifestation and minimal recurrence rate
