Cranio-facial clefts are spectrum of malformations affecting face&cranium causing severely disfiguring cranio-facial clefts .Incidence is 1.43-4.85/100,000 births &1/100 cases of cleft lip and palate. Tessier’s 4 is rarest with 33 reported cases.We report case of unilateral Tessier’s4 oblique facial cleft in combination with Tessier’s10 cleft with associated anophthalmos,in a 1 day old male patient.Cartilaginous structure of face was distorted ,orbital,oral cavities confluent with maxillary antrum. 2nd case was associated with lower eyelid coloboma,exposure keratopathy with keratitis complicated by corneal sloughing iris tissue prolapse.Inferior displacement of globe into medially deficient orbital floor and inferior rim.Treatment of sloughing corneal ulcer was initiated Management involves repair of clefts and defects ,augmentation of deficient tissues like bones and soft tissues.Serial orbital conformers for orbital expansion of anophthalmic or microphthalmic orbits
