A 35y old female presented with a history of Bilateral painless upper eyelid swelling since 6 months that was gradually progressive in nature. On examination there was more fullness at the lateral aspect of the upper eyelid of both eyes.No conjunctival congestion,no proptosis and no ptosis in both eyes.EOM were normal.Best corrected visual aquity was 6/6 in both eyes.Other ocular and systemic examinations were normal.USG showed bilateral enlargement of lacrimal glands that was heterogeneous in echotexture. The bilateral rectus and inferior oblique muscles were bulky that was suggestive of B/L pseudotumor.CT scan revealed bilateral lacrimal gland hypertrophy with no evidence of bony erosion.USG guided FNAC from the right lacrimal gland gave a picture suggestive of Benign Lymphoid Pseudotumor.Patient was started on oral prednisolone 1mg/kg/day,with which the swelling disappeared by second week of treatment.Steroid was tapered over next 1 month with no further recurrence in last 4 months.
