A 23 year old male presented to eye OPD with complain of soft mass in the left eye since last 3 years. Also developed mild pain and redness in the same eye since last 10 days. On examination reveals vision of 6/6 in right eye and 6/36 in left eye. Left eye showed irregular growth on the nasal side in upper fornix to lower fornix upto medial one third under the conjunctiva with overlying dilated blood vessels and subconjunctival haemorrhage. MRI orbit with contrast revealed multiple abnormal segmentally dilated vascular channels at the orbital apex at both intra and extraconal retrobulbar space and medial canthus. This left intraorbital vascular malformation was suggestive of orbital venous varix. As there was no acute visual loss or presence of recurrent thrombosis we did conservative management with prism glasses and ophthalmological follow up.
