An eighty year old hypertensive male presented with an insidious onset limbal swelling for 6 months in right eye and progressive in nature.On ocular examination,the growth was 1cm *1cm occupying superonasal corneal limbus,around 3 clock hours (from 12-3 O clock).It was pale pinkish,firm having lobulated appearance with feeding vessels.Growth was excised including around 2mm peripheral rim with application of mitomycin C. Histopathological reports reveals infiltrating differentiated squammous cell carcinoma of limbal and conjunctival origin.
