Objective: To report a rare atypical presentation of retinoblastoma as hyphaema

Case report : A 6 year old child comes with diminution of vision and discolouration of left eye with no history of trauma .On examination no perception of light , full chamber hyphaema in that eye .On USG B scan a mass with calcification and retinal detachment noticed . Enucleation done on the basis of doubt of rare atypical presentation of retinoblastoma which was confirmed on histopathological examination.

Conclusion: Retinoblastoma , a life threatening condition and its presentations are not stereotypical and so every effort should be made to exclude it in all cases of hyphaema with or without any history of ocular trauma
