A 49 year old male, presented with complaints of redness and gradual loss of vision of left eye,progressive in nature since 3 months. He is a known case of CRVO and had undergone PRP and was given intravitreal avastin for the same. He was a known diabetic on Oral hypogylemic agents for 5 years and history of spectacle use present. Visual acuity is no Perception of light on left eye and with PG 6/6 on right eye. Intraocular pressure of L/E was 43.4mmHg and R/E 17.3mmHg. On Anterior segment examination of L/E with slit lamp showed conjunctival congestion neovascularisation of the iris along pupillary margin and on the surface of iris present. Gonioscopy of L/E showed new vessels at the angle of Anterior chamber.Fundus examination showed 0.9 cupping, NRR thinning in disc , laminar dot sign present and PRP marks in background retina. It was diagnosed as a case of neovascular glaucoma,post CRVO(left eye). Patient was prescribed with Timolol eye drops twice daily and periodic follow up.
