INTRODUCTION _ Anterior Chamber Angle assessment needed for early detection of Glaucoma. UBM in which structures of Anterior chamber and posterior to iris are visualised.purpose of study is screening of Glaucoma and assessment of Anterior chamber by UBM. METHOD _ one year prospective and observational study of clinically suspected narrow angle Glaucoma by Van Hericks techniques in 100 patients 40-7yr age, attending eye opd, after obtaining consent whole ocular examination, Iop measure by Goldmann applanation tonometry then anterior chamber examination by UBM.RESULT_ This study was carried out in 100 patients, 40% male and 60%female.UBM finding according to Shaffer’s classification 0%Grade1, 3%Grade2, 35%Grade3 and 62% Grade4.CONCLUSION_UBM is used for quantitative tool of angle structures.UBM can examine two dimensional structure of Angle-iris, ciliary body and scleral spur easily recognize, so exact measurement of Anterior chamber in degree possible by UBM.
